Order cancellation & return policy...

        All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for production (if not in stock) and shipment (if in stock) as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped and WITHIN 24 hours from the time order, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. You cannot cancel the order AFTER the order has been shipped. Unless specified, Y-Carbon products are not subjected to return

Can I request additional product information after placing the order?

        We typically would provide you with aditional product information after the purchase has been made. However, we do not gaurantee any additional information of the product after the order has been placed.

Shipping policy...

        Shipping Time - most orders received before 3:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 3:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Y-Carbon, Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Order notification...

        Once you place an order, you will receive an email. As soon we ship the product, you will receive a second email. In case you cancel the order, an email on the details of refund will send to you. The emails will be send by PayPal - our payment gateway system.

Which payment methods do you accept?

        We accept online payment via PayPal. You can use all major credit cards such as Visa, Master, Amex, and Discover. As the payments are made using secured third party payment gateway, we do not have access to your credit card information.

What shipping methods can I choose from and how long will they take?

        We ship package via USPS. All shipping times are estimates only. Transit times vary by carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with destination. Below are estimated of shipping times.
        USPS Parcel Post - 2-6 days
        USPS Priority - 2-3 days
        USPS Express - 1-2 days

How much is shipping and how are charges calculated?

        Customers can calculate the actual shipping charge after placing all items into the shopping cart. The shipping cost is calculated based on weight of package, carrier option, destination and shipping method. Shipping is calculated using real-time shipping rates that are based on the actual weight of the items you are purchasing.

Do you ship internationally?

        Yes, Y-Carbon does ship international orders.

Will I get an email confirmation after I place an order?

        After you place an order with Y-Carbon.US, we will send an order confirmation email. We send a second confirmation email when your order has shipped. We might also send other emails about your order's status, if necessary. Please save these emails for your records.

Can you provide information on method of manufacturing and raw material used?

        As per company policy, we consider the information related to processing conditions and raw material proprietary & thus we do not share such information.

        We supply small to large quantities of activated carbon. We pack our carbons in 1 kg, 25 kg, 100 kg package.
