VOCx is a family of highly pure hydrophobic carbonaceous adsorbent materials for fast adsorption and release of analytes. This combination of properties enhances the measurement and detection levels of trace volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds (VOCs and SVOCs). VOCx is available with highly controlled pore size, particle size, surface chemistry and surface area. It has advantages over competing materials in a wide range of analytical applications, including air sampling & monitoring (indoor, outdoor, workplace, automobile interior, etc.), breath analysis, and the analysis of trace constituents in foods, flavors, cosmetics, tobacco, building materials, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.
